Last updated: July 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VitalStart’s website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By engaging VitalStart or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

VitalStart provides done-for-you telehealth launch services, including brand and website development, LegitScript certification support, platform and partner integrations, and compliant growth marketing. Specific deliverables are defined in your individual engagement or statement of work.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your business to use our services.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, obtain any licenses or credentials required for your business, and cooperate in the delivery of services. You are responsible for the lawful operation of your business and for compliance with all applicable healthcare and advertising regulations.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are described in your engagement or on our pricing page and are due as specified. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Intellectual property

Deliverables created for you become yours upon full payment, except for any pre-existing materials, tools, or third-party components, which remain owned by their respective owners. VitalStart retains ownership of its own methodologies and reusable assets.

7. No medical or legal advice

VitalStart is an independent partner and is not affiliated with LegitScript. Our services do not constitute medical, legal, or regulatory advice, and we do not guarantee certification outcomes or approval by any third party.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitalStart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VitalStart operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
